Bootcamp
Tax in the Agentic Age
Tax in the Agentic Age
Tax preparation is about to fundamentally change. The firms that adapt will thrive.

San Francisco, California | August  13-14

AI agents are automating tax prep — whether your firm adopts them or not.

At this 2-day implementation bootcamp, you'll install the automation AND learn how to restructure your firm to capture the advisory revenue that prep used to consume. You leave with both: working AI workflows and an advisory delivery playbook.
Why attend?
Stop watching demos. Start installing workflows.

This is a 2-day implementation bootcamp where you'll build AI-powered workflows around your firm's actual templates and return types. But you won't just automate prep — you'll learn how to restructure your firm to capture the advisory opportunity that opens up when preparation goes to zero.

You'll leave with working automation, a specialist partner network, and a clear playbook for turning freed capacity into advisory revenue.
Automate prep
Install 6 AI workflows in 2 days. Workpapers, memos, return population, strategy modeling — built on your actual templates, deployed before you fly home.
Unlock advisory capacity
When prep goes to zero, your team shifts from data entry to client-facing advisory. Same headcount, fundamentally different revenue model.
Build your specialist network
Meet vetted partners for cost segregation, R&D credits, solar, film debt financing, and advanced structures. Offer strategies you've never been able to fulfill before.
Get the advisory delivery playbook
Pricing frameworks ($5K-$20K per engagement), client acquisition models, and a 30-60-90 deployment roadmap. Not just automation — the system for turning it into revenue.
The problem with AI in tax (So far)
Generic AI hallucinates tax positions
ChatGPT doesn't know tax logic well enough to trust with client work. It sounds confident and gets it wrong.
None of them know YOUR clients
They don't know your templates, your workflows, or the specific details in your clients' files.

When a client asks "should I convert my LLC to an S-Corp?" — generic AI gives a generic answer.

Your AI tax agent pulls their actual returns, their entity structure, their income history, and gives an answer grounded in THEIR numbers.
What's different here
An AI tax agent that references the exact documents you have on file for each client — their prior-year returns, their entity docs, their financials. When it builds a tax plan, it's built on that client's real situation. When it answers a tax question, it cites their specific data. When it writes a memo, it's defensible because it's grounded in facts, not assumptions.

At this bootcamp, you won't just see it. You'll install it.

Answer complex tax questions
Watch a live demo: ask your AI tax agent about a real client scenario and see it pull their specific data to build a defensible answer — in real time.
Build tax memos
See a client scenario turned into a review-ready memo on the spot — grounded in actual client data, not templates. Then build the workflow yourself.

What you'll leave with installed

These aren't demos you watch and forget. These are workflows you'll build at the event and deploy in your firm.
Tax Q&A agent
Ask your AI a complex client question — it pulls their returns, entities, and financials to give you a defensible answer in seconds.
Return preparation
Walk through your first automated 1040 — from raw docs to review-ready — using a real firm workflow. (We may have this ready by the event day and can definitely demo!)
Tax memo builder
Turn a client scenario into a review-ready memo grounded in their actual data — not boilerplate.
Strategy modeling
Generate tax strategies and projections tied to real client positions — no manual spreadsheet work.
Workpaper automation
Bring your firm's templates. Map them to automation at the event. Leave with them connected.
Estimated tax automation
Automate calculation workflows using actual positions implemented throughout the year and the client's real financial data.

 Understand the 3 levels
Zero-touch — and where your firm fits today.

Most firms can reach Level 1 immediately. Level 2 launches with e-filing — bootcamp attendees get first access before general release. Level 3 is where the industry is heading. At the bootcamp, you'll install Level 1 and get early access to Level 2.

Deployment roadmap
Leave with clarity on:
  • Which return types to automate first
  • What to implement in the next 30–90 days
  • How to expand without adding headcount
Dear Firm Owner,

You've probably tried AI already.

Maybe ChatGPT for research. Maybe some tax-specific tool that promised to change everything and didn't. Here's what I've learned building AI for tax firms over the last 3 years: generic AI can't do tax.

It doesn't know the tax code well enough. It doesn't know your clients. And it definitely can't prepare a return.

Tax preparation is still broken. You can't hire fast enough. Your best people are buried in data entry. Margins are compressing while expectations rise.

What we've built is different — an AI tax agent that actually does the staff work. At the Agentic Tax Bootcamp, we're not going to show you slides about it. We're going to install it in your firm.

Most firms can reach Level 1 immediately. Level 2 launches with e-filing — bootcamp attendees get first access before general release. Level 3 is where the industry is heading. At the bootcamp, you'll install Level 1 and get early access to Level 2.

You'll leave with real AI workflows — for tax Q&A, memos, plans, and return automation — that your team can use immediately.

We're hosting 40 firm owners at our San Francisco headquarters for this implementation-focused event. If you're serious about deploying AI that actually works for tax — not just another tool that sounds smart and gets it wrong — I look forward to seeing you there.
